Products
Intake Labs sells dietary supplements. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any supplement regimen.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We reserve the right to update prices at any time.
Shipping
We ship to select European countries and the United Kingdom. Orders over €50 qualify for free shipping. Orders under €50 are subject to a flat €4.95 shipping fee. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days.
Returns & Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery at intakelabs@proton.me. Unopened products in original packaging may be returned for a full refund. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Limitation of Liability
Intake Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the products in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
